Community Partnerships

Valuable Connections & Support

KAC Community Partnerships create impactful relationships that benefit our clients and our community. This support is vital to building strong teams, providing engaging opportunities and creating new experiences that allow us to carry out our mission. When we work closely together, we help support a meaningful social enterprise for persons with special needs by fostering an independence and pride that allows everyone to grow.

BUILD A WORKFORCE

At KAC, our professional job coaches prepare and train individuals with special needs to become reliable, dedicated and hardworking employees. There’s multiple ways we can work together to get any job done up to exceptional standards. Our goal is to help everyone succeed. Let’s team up!

WE’LL COME TO YOU

Job opportunities in the community empower individuals with special needs to live independently. With our help, you can expand your team. Hiring an individual with special needs not only complements your company with a valuable employee but also helps someone discover their purpose. Individuals are best-matched with open opportunities to accommodate their own strengths while also fulfilling your company’s unmet needs. KAC employment professionals provide ongoing training and coaching to help achieve mutual success and ensure ongoing support.

CAREER ENRICHMENT

Individuals preparing to enter the workforce benefit from exploring their employment options. You can enrich the careers of individuals with special needs by offering short-term opportunities such as internships, summer experiences or skill training. These hands-on activities not only provide a wider understanding of the working world but also help young adults with special needs grow as they prepare for their future careers. As an employer, these opportunities will add additional capacity to your workforce, increase the talent pool of your organization and promote a culture of diversity and inclusion. Plus, by actively seeking out and supporting individuals with special needs, you are doing your part in promoting equity and social justice in the workplace.

CREATE IMPACTFUL EXPERIENCES

Independence comes in many forms, which is why involvement in the community through fun, engaging volunteer or recreational activities is just as important as employment opportunities. You can create an impactful experience for KAC program participants by inviting us to your organization for the day. We’d love to build a connection with you and your business to offer unique social interactions.
