Valuable Connections & Support

KAC Community Partnerships create impactful relationships that benefit our clients and our community. This support is vital to building strong teams, providing engaging opportunities and creating new experiences that allow us to carry out our mission. When we work closely together, we help support a meaningful social enterprise for persons with special needs by fostering an independence and pride that allows everyone to grow.

BUILD A WORKFORCE

At KAC, our professional job coaches prepare and train individuals with special needs to become reliable, dedicated and hardworking employees. There’s multiple ways we can work together to get any job done up to exceptional standards. Our goal is to help everyone succeed. Let’s team up!

LET US TAKE CARE OF IT

We have the in-house capabilities to provide jobs onsite to individuals with special needs while also fulfilling your business needs*. Our facility boasts almost 60,000 square feet of industrial space, accommodating a wide range of packaging, assembly and manufacturing services. Additionally, our exceptional staff operate a licensed food processing kitchen that is fully equipped to take on multiple, and even industrial-sized, jobs. You can share your needs with us, no matter how big or small, and we can provide the accommodations to complete your project right here at KAC.

Hiring an individual with special needs not only complements your company with a valuable employee but also helps someone discover their purpose. Individuals are best-matched with open opportunities to accommodate their own strengths while also fulfilling your company’s unmet needs. KAC employment professionals provide ongoing training and coaching to help achieve mutual success and ensure ongoing support.
