This position is responsible for the preparation and packaging of meals at the Racine Youthful Offenders Correctional Facility (ROYCF). This responsibility includes directing and training hourly employees to meet production schedules and serve all required meals in a timely fashion. This facility operates 365 days. This position is full time and requires flexibility in scheduling for weekend and holidays between 6:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
The Case Manager is a professional position that provides support, training and program planning for adults with disabilities based on the individuals’ strengths, needs and interests. This is a 37.5 hour per week position.
This is the highest level fiscal position of the organization and as such provides for the operational management of fiscal and administrative support staff functions including human resources. This position manages professional level accounting functions and the preparation of reports including earnings, profits/losses, cash balances and cost accounting. This position works closely with all department managers to prepare total agency budget draft and make recommendations to CEO. Provides direct supervision to all accounting personnel with responsibility for work flow, payrolls, data collection and trainee information systems; is responsible for meeting the requirements of government agencies including maintaining compliance with Head Start Fiscal Program Performance Standards and other funding sources including reports, billings and compilations of service units. Interfaces all billing and collection services. Reports to and is directly supervised by the Chief Executive Officer.
The Early Head Start advocate works full time providing in home visiting services to eligible families that are pregnant or have children who are birth to 3 years old. This position strengthens families by providing education related to child development and providing connections to those resources.
This position(s) is a supplement production worker position to the KAC trainee light industrial and production workers. The length of employment, hours scheduled per week and shop site are contingent upon contractor requirements. Packaging of various sized parts as well as assembly tasks are performed. Quality, quantity within defined timelines and neatness of finished product is required. In addition to piecework production, work assignments may include material handling, workstation setup, quality control checks, staging material for shipment, and production at an hourly rate. Cleanup of workstations including sweeping of immediate work area and trash removal are performed daily.
The Direct Service provider is responsible to provide individualized supports and training for adults with disabilities. This position plans and implements a variety of activities that promote the independence, personal growth and community integration skills of participants.
The Part Time Specialized Transportation Bus Driver is a part time position that is responsible for providing safe public transportation to the elderly and handicapped populations that we service. This will include on demand and route driving.
