Since 1990 KAC has been a custodial care and landscape maintenance service provider at Wisconsin Rest Area #26, located at I-94, Lakeview Parkway near the Kenosha Wisconsin – Illinois border.

The work includes routine custodial care and landscape maintenance services, preventive maintenance schedules, non-emergency repairs, and planned improvements with cooperation of Wisconsin’s Department of Transportation Rest Area Maintenance Program (RAM). Overall, the crew keeps the facilities in tip-top shape!

Facility management is administered by Rehabilitation for Wisconsin (RFW). Continuous quality improvement is key to maintaining a high level of service. This is done primarily through a series of documented roadside site inspections.

KAC earned the 2010 Inspectors' Award for consistent high standards.  This exceptional effort was recognized in the RAM Hall of Fame.
